Requirements
We are looking for Technical Recruiter having relevant 5+ years of Experience as a HR Recruiter/ Sr. Recruiter. This position will be hired on a contract basis (3 months to start with). This person will Work From Home.
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
- 2+ years of strong experience in hiring across IT domain professionals (IT Technologies and Infrastructure, Cloud, Networking, Embedded, Application Development Domain)
- Sourcing quality profiles through different online tools /techniques like head hunting, cold calling, employee referral, Google string search, Boolean search, networking methodologies within the least time.

- Must have good knowledge of End to end IT Recruitment.

- Bachelor/Masters degree, preferably in Human Resources Management
- Prior experience in headhunting in different and unique ways.

Key Result Areas include:
- Execute end-to-end recruitment activities across all hiring levels.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using job boards, resume databases, professional networks and through referrals
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
