As a Marketo and Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding client systems, enhancement goals and defining upgrades to business processes. The candidate will be responsible for engaging stakeholders, facilitating workshops, conducting client interviews to understand problem areas, defining business goals and eliciting business requirements. The candidate will define and document business requirements, non-functional requirements, functional requirements via user stories, wireframes and process flows/ modelling and ensure the project team has a clear understanding of functional requirements and business expectations. The Business Analyst will ensure reporting associate BAs are trained, engaged and adhere to best practices of business requirements elicitation, documentation and reporting and prioritize requirements collaboratively with business stakeholders, and technology disciplines. The candidate will develop an integrated view of the solution requirements across operational systems, Marketo, Salesforce (CRM), HRMS, Recruitment and other enterprise systems and be aware of the best use of collaboration tools like Confluence and JIRA. The candidate will create product documentation and training material including user manual and socialize and drive user trainings. The Business Analyst will work with QA to develop a testing strategy, test plan, identify test cases and participate in UAT as well as work collaboratively with the Creative team and ensure that User Experience and Visual Design align with Functional Requirements.
