Requirements
As a Produc Assistant, here’s what you can do at Buck:
- Define Scope of the System / Project
- Interpret Business Needs ,Translate Technical Issues
- Work with project stakeholders to identify, model and then document their requirements and business domain details. Create FRDs, BRDs, SRS etc.
- Requirement Sessions, Write Use cases
- Support a client-facing Customer Success Team
- Partner with the team to create Process Definition Documents (PDDs) in the platform
- Support the Customer Success Team to understand the high-level business context of the processes and execute mining runs to identify those processes
- Review those processes with the requesting team member
- Log any identified bugs in the reporting platform
- Represent project stakeholders throughout the process
- Ensure the JIRAs are updated correctly for progress by Development / Testing team
- Create Knowledge base and train team on Domain (functional / business).
