Job Description

Unacademy is seeking an agile, thoughtful, and resilient early-career professional who is driven by the opportunity to contribute to the impact Unacademy seeks to make in the Education space and has long term aspirations to be a leader of a large organization. This person will work directly with the Associate Vice Presidenton strategic and operational priorities relevant to our K-12 category. This person will be responsible for managing our Sales Strategy, including but not limited to, our floor operations, sales support, research, external partnerships, org effectiveness and long-term initiatives.

Roles amp; Responsibilities

Floor operations:

Coordinate with the Product and tech team to build and maintain a world-class CRM system that allows our academic counsellors to seamlessly connect with learners and deliver convincing, high-quality conversations with learners and parents

Sales support

Improve the quality and effectiveness of our training, and compliance engine the intent is to build a high-performance academy that can coach our academic counsellors to excellence while adhering to our quality guidelines and organizational

values

Early Insights:

Lead the research team in conducting data-driven analyses and present quality reports that can unlock value for our sales team

Partnerships:

Evaluate and work closely with high-quality external partners to upgrade our sales processes

Organizational effectiveness:

Help incubate / refine and run essential systems and processes related to sales for the K-12 category. Sense and implement opportunities for process improvements

Strategic initiatives:

Guide the organization on new, innovative ideas that will help our academic counsellors provide a better experience to learners

Requirements

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have

Top-notch education credentials MBA from leading universities

2-3 years working as a management consultant in leading consulting firms (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain) and / or Strategy and Program teams in high-growth startups

Experience with sales processes and CRM systems is a strong Plus

High ownership and willingness to learn

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, start-up ecosystem
