Primary Tasks/Activities:

• Expertise in developing various Documents as part of BA Activities
• Onsite Experience in Requirements Gathering, Organizing Brainstorming Sessions and Review Sessions with Stakeholders
• Exposure to working in Agile Environment
• Develops Process Maps/Diagrams (using Visio), Prototypes
• Creating Business Requirements Document, Functional and Non-Functional Specifications Document, Requirements Traceability Matrix
• Manage Complex Business Requirements amp; proposing Solutions
• Involve during Design Phase with the Technical Architect and QA Leads for High Level Design, Solution Validation, Effort Estimation amp; Test Scenarios
• Prepare Training Materials, Manuals amp; providing Trainings to end users
• Maintains and ensures proper documentation and coordinates or performs testing of system modifications
• Researches and analyzes the nature, effect, and results of system difficulties
• Maintains current understanding of industry standards, trends, and best practices through industry and other professional networks.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge Components:

Accounting terms and processes

Understanding of financial software

Familiarity with family office industry

Experience (Years and types):

10 years’ experience in a similar role

Education Levels/Credentials:

• Bachelors degree, or equivalent work experience

Skills and Abilities and Other Characteristics:

Enthusiastic team player who enjoys both strategic and hands on work

Ability to handle sensitive information professionally

Ability to analyze problems and develop creative solutions to complex issues

Strong interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of employees
