Position Summary (Key tasks and outcomes):
You'll be a critical member of engineering team working on architecture, developing and augmenting cutting edge AI technology, which is a crucial part of our next generation AI based financial service platform and leading a team of Engineers.
Job Title : Artificial Intelligence Head
Job Description:
Knowledge Components:
- Hands on experience in supervised machine techniques and algorithms, such as GLM, Linear regression, k-NN, Naive Bayes, SVM, Random Forests
- Hands on experience in unsupervised machine learning techniques and algorithms, such as various clustering algorithms, dimensionality reduction techniques.
- Working knowledge with cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure
- Optional proficiency in using Databases such as MYSQL
- Experience in deploying ML projects in production environment
- Good understanding of ML tools/libraries like Tensorflow, Keras, Pandas, Spacy, Pytorch, NLTK, SkLearn etc
- Knowledge of big data technologies like Hadoop, Hive, Scala or Spark is preferred
- Experience in micro services architecture and container-based software using Kubernetes, Docker and other container technologies is a huge plus
- Team Management experience
- Minimum 2 patents holder or should have applied for one
- Fintech experience is added advantage
- Familiarity with AWS, Linux, Unix
- Familiarity with Git, SVN, Jira
- Familiarity with Agile Tools and Methodologies
- Should have 12+ years of overall experience
- 5 years of strong Python development experience
- 8+ years of experience in Machine Learning/Deep Learning, specifically in NLP and text analytics domain including
- Extracting, cleaning and embedding text data
- Text classification
- Entity extraction/NER
- Text summarization
- Similarity and sentiment analysis
- Topic modelling
- Leading a Team
- Adapting AI technologies for a consumer financial context
- Interface with existing AI systems like Watson, Stanford NLP etc
- Customise and train existing AI algorithms and models in a financial context
- Ensure AI layer is super scalable, fault tolerant and well documented.
- Help improve code quality through writing unit tests, automation and performing code reviews
- Have a fanatical attention to quality
- Deploy AI models into production and maintain the quality and accuracy of the Model solutions during the deployments
- Using AWS services/ Azure services/ Cloud Security/ Cloud Devops services to build an integrated AI solution.
- Strong in Natural Language Processing and related models- both on-premise and cloud.
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience) / Bachelor's in Engineering ( Tier 1 college)
