GENERAL DUTIES amp; RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development (Sales)

• To get business as per the approved business plan for the branch
• To be responsible for sales promotion activities in his assigned territory
• To handle the sales team amp; responsible for the achievement of team Targets
• To identify and follow-up with prospective customers and respond to enquiry calls within specific time period
• To maximize conversion of enquiries into orders
• To ensure predefined renewals are achieved
• To keep a close eye on the developments amp; business opportunities in his territory
• Taking regular meeting of CSE's to achieve branch targets

Customer Service

• To ensure the quality of service delivery
• To maintain good liaison with the customers
• To prepare reports amp; submit the same on time to the customers
• To attend to complaints amp; logically conclude them
• To conduct detailed inspection at client's site
• To prepare quotations for the customers through the system
• To give report of customer feedback to the Branch Manager and collection of Appreciation Letter from RBU/CBU customers

Administration amp; Accounts

• To ensure timely submission of invoices amp; getting the necessary acknowledgements wherever necessary
• To follow-up for the timely and correct invoicing by the back office
• To ensure all the collections gets deposited to back office within 24 hours
• To review daily collection amp; billing with back office department

Maintaining Systems and MIS

• Ensure the required systems related to sales are updated on timely basis.
• To prepare Daily and Monthly Sales Report
• To maintain Database of customers
