(/in), bringing the best of the online checkout experience to physical stores.

We do this with our Scan, Pay and Go experience. Using our native apps on Android or iOS, or our web app

available on Chrome or Safari, customers scan the products they wish to buy in store using their own phone

and pay instantly. This eradicates the need to wait in line or touch store hardware. The current Covid-19

crisis has given us another mission to keep retail staff safe whilst giving shoppers the confidence to return to

High Streets and malls.

As the world’s leading Scan and Go provider as a third-party application into retailers’ stores, we work with

some of the world’s largest retailers including names like MUJI, Eroski, Dufry, Spar, Londis, Decathlon, and

many others. The work is challenging, hard and long and requires you to be on top of your game but if the

We are now looking for a QA Engineer to join our busy delivery squad and work on the time-critical projects that bring new stores online and ready for business. Delivery deal with challenges such as integrating with legacy APIs, databases and payment gateways - leveraging automation where possible to reduce toil and make each delivery more efficient than the last. It's essential that you'll have worked on mobile apps within a fast-moving business and be able to cope with pace and change.

You will have worked in a busy startup OR you'll be passionate about joining one and fully understand the rewards, the impact and the challenges that you'll experience!

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality and timely launches of the MishiPay platform taking full ownership of release deliverables per client.
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test cases and test plans and execute them across a range of browsers and devices. Have an added focus on customer centric testing.
• Identify, record and document thoroughly to track bugs across the platform
• Perform thorough regression testing with every release.
• Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
• Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies
• Adopt automation and automated techniques where possible to reduce manual effort

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge in testing skills (design test plan and test strategy, writing test cases, executing test cases, opening bugs, verifying bugs)
• Experience with functional testing for native mobile and web applications and/or web services
• Excellent problem solving and debugging skills and an ability to come up with innovative solutions
• Experience with distributed source control systems such as Git
• Experience in building amp; executing automated tests for REST based services
