Your Job PurposeAs a Designer, you will problem solve a design challenge from concept to ad unit completion. You will get an opportunity to work with the best brands across categories in the industry. Your Job purpose is to identify the clients objective and find an interactive solution via an Ad Unit. The idea is to look for relevant solutions that marry AdColony’s USPs with the clients KPI. You will have to think according to the different Audiences we cater to and find creative ideas to communicate with the users and educate them about the brands product benefits.

Your RoleTake high-level direction of a client’s needs to produce engaging interactive adsTake ownership of projects from concept to deliveryImprovise on RFP mocks with little to no creative assetsSolve problems creatively and be able to compromise without impacting the workWork within our brand identity to create promotional elements and identitiesYour Experience and CompetenciesYou have at least three years of experience as a Designer.You are proficient in photoshop and has strong creative portfolio.Knowledge of After Effects and other video editing softwareUnderstanding of typography, movement and layoutUnderstanding of the limitations and abilities of HTML5/CSS3/JSKnowledge of best practice image compression and asset extractionExpert eye for detail and pixel perfection; no detail is too small or insignificantAbility to manage and prioritize multiple projects while meeting tight deadlinesCan clearly articulate amp; decipher clients’ need to make the correct design decisionsCan transform high-level business needs into engaging creativeRich media ad experienceGood command of English.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
