Job Description
Quadric is building a full-stack system that is designed to meet the requirements of next-generation edge amp; edge-cloud computing products. In order to leverage the tsunami of data generated at the Edge, the next generation of computing innovation is happening outside the data-center. Quadric has created a solution that is specifically optimized not only for Artificial Intelligence (AI) workloads, but also for Image Processing, Data Analytics and more.
In this position you will be a core member of our software team and will have an opportunity to grow in the company of expert technologists who also happen to be good people you’ll want to spend time with.
- Own the programming model design of the software compile strategy for the quadric processor
- Collaborate on developing the programming model for Quadric’s high-performance computing platform
- Collaborate with the hardware design team to co-optimize compiler strategy with hardware architecture
- Build custom front-end and back-end LLVM passes
- Build amp; ship the first and defining version of Quadric’s compiler toolchain
Requirements
- MS or PhD in Electrical or Computer Science with a minimum of five years of compiler experience
- Proficiency in C++ gt; 11
- Experience with LLVM codebase
- Strong background in graphs and related algorithms
- Knowledge of front-end and back-end compiler techniques
- Experience in compiler strategies for data parallel processors such as GPUs, DSPs
- Knowledge of end-to-end toolchain, including compilers, linkers amp; debuggers
