Job Description
As part of our Global Talent Acquisition Strategy, we are hiring Senior Technical Recruiter based in India reporting to the country manager of India and dotted line to the HR Director who based in Singapore, the recruiter will drive the Talent Acquisition Activities in India, he/ she will serve as the gatekeeper of Knorex’s culture and values by finding like-minded people in locations where Knorex has a current or planned office, and whom are passionate in what they do professionally. The Senior Technical recruiter will work closely with our hiring managers and Business Unit Leaders to understand their hiring needs. At the same time, he/she will also guide candidates through our hiring process as well as proactively engage them as they join our Knorex family.
The Senior Technical Recruiter will focus on hiring and recruitment as his/her primary responsibilities, while 20% of the time to support other HR operations such as coordinating the monthly payroll with the payroll vendor, performance management and employee engagement, the role will finally transfer to be the HR manager of India in 6-12 months time upon satisfaction of performance.
