We are on the lookout for an innovative Senior Product Marketing Manager to be the voice of the customer within the organization. This role will own the go-to-market strategy across Builder products and is responsible for increasing market share and build our competitive advantage. The customer should be at the heart of everything you do in this role, while being strategically focused on omni channel customer acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of product marketing strategy and have a track record of strong cross-functional coordination. A data driven individual you should also possess exceptional analytical and communication skills.
This is the ideal role for someone who has cut their teeth in product marketing for a b2b technology company and is now ready to show what they can do in a senior management role with lots of room to make your own, extending a global marketing mission that is irreverent and mindful. The role will be hands on; with an agile and lean team, there will be lots of execution, lots of learning and a lot of room for growth. This role will work directly with the Director, Product Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
-Be the champion for and represent the voice of the customer within the organization
-Own the go-to-market strategy, planning and execution for global launch campaigns for new products and features
-Refine and optimise the value proposition, messaging frameworks and positioning for the products across geographies and customer segments.
-Run market, customer, and competitive analysis Be the expert on the customer, the industry trends, and the players in the market
-Liaise with the product teams on new product and features development ensuring that the customer benefits from all product releases.
-Directly engage with customers for insights into the user-experience and feedback to product and design teams for product updates and innovation
-Develop a deep understanding of how customers use our platform, the benefits they experience and the future opportunities they want to unlock
-Work in collaboration with revenue teams globally to equip them with all the tools for success including collateral and training
-Serve as the go-to thought leader for the product. Drive and conduct interactive sessions for internal stakeholders and customers.
