About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a HR Professional to guide, nurture, and scale our team in the US. You’ll be working with leaders in the US to shape practices related to support function. This is a great chance for someone who is willing to create things from scratch.


You’ll be expected to bring your creativity, experience, and sense of urgency to drive HR practices. Knowledge of US HR Operations would help and you have India HR Ops team to guide you. Your key stakeholder would be the CEO in the US and you have an opportunity to do more then just HR and play key role in other administrative tasks.

Designation: Assistant Manager US HR Operations

Reporting into: Vice President HR

Working Hours: UK Shift (2pm to 11pm IST)

Primary Challenges You’ll Face:

  • Communicate with the US CEO on regular basis to complete assignments related to administration of the US entity.
  • Work on creating/modfiying policies amp; procedures for the team and ensure adherence
  • Report on data related to HR
  • Manage onboarding, exits, payroll of employees, manage database of US employees
  • Knowledge of hiring practices, laws of US states is a definite value add
  • Hiring for roles in the US in coordination with different stakeholders
  • Lead ISO 27001 related initiatives for the US geography
  • Coordinate with India teams to understand processes and check feasibility to implement for US team
  • Act as guide to the US CEO for best practices to follow
  • Research on competition and try new approaches
  • Engage with leaders in US and understand challenges
  • Play a role to bridge India-US teams in terms of administration
  • Be a go to person for all challenges for US entity for the support function.

  • Experience in managing US HR Operations
  • Experience dealing with senior stakeholders.
  • High focus on implementation
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, at all levels of the organization
  • Willingness to take up unknown challenges and deal with ambiguity
  • Flexible in terms of work assignments
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to arrive as a decision
