Job Description
We are looking for young and enthusiastic minds to work in our Talent Acquisition team as an Intern for 4 months (full-time). The role has potential to become full time based on individual's performance and business requirement.
What will you learn?
In these 4 months you will get to work with our business leaders and learn from our top notch recruiting team. Learn how to find and hire top talent for the organization. Use marketing strategies to attract talent.
What will you be doing?
- Source candidates
- Do talent markets study
- Set up Interviews with Hiring Managers
- Be our culture champion and engage with prospective candidates on social media
Requirements
- Should have experience in volume hiring and managing large scale recruitment drives
- High Creative Thinking ability
- Strong presentation Skills
- Strong communication Skills
- Require very high ability to drive things to completion and ability to influence and collaborate with various functions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and should be very good in Excel and PowerPoint
- Broad knowledge of various candidate evaluation techniques, including group interviews
- Candidates should have a solid understanding of effective communications, be a strong team player, have a keen eye for detail, be able and willing to coach others in accurate and effective marketing communications and have the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
