ABOUT THE ROLE:
Toppr is looking for a Business Analyst to join the Central Operations team. You will be working directly with company leadership on business critical issues. Your primary responsibility will be to provide data driven insights and recommendations that directly influence business strategy amp; outcomes. Further, you will identify critical projects, work with cross-functional teams, and drive outcomes.
This role is ideal if you are looking for rapid career growth and ownership or for a pre-MBA stint in the technology sector.

Requirements
- Undergraduate from Tier 1 institute
- 1-3 years of experience in management consulting/ high-growth startups/ strategy amp; operations role
- Comfortable with Excel, SQL
