The Tech Strategy Team within BrowserStack plays a pivotal role in providing the market perspective for the internal teams and defining the strategic vision for the company. In this role, you will focus on mapping the market to identify opportunities and creating a unified vision that will guide current and future product lines. You will operate as a key strategic partner to senior members of the Leadership team.
Role amp; Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the DevOps market and provide the market perspective for all the internal teams
- Map the market and identify opportunities for organic and inorganic growth
- Help put together a cohesive long term tech strategy that takes into account the market perspective and our existing product capabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across such as product, engineering and finance to evaluate new opportunities
- Align functions on shared vision, OKRs, KPIs, and metrics
- Lead short-term deep dives and cross-functional project teams to structure and execute analyses needed to develop recommendations.
Requirements
- You have a sound understanding of the DevOps/Developer tools space
- Strong expertise in product management, business analytics and strategy, ability to distill immense datasets to drive decisions
- Ability to deliver on tight timelines and move quickly while maintaining attention to detail
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to work in a self-guided manner
- Superb communication skills to regularly collaborate with the leadership team
- Experience working with product teams and product requirements
- Strong bias for action and a refusal to settle for good enough
