Manager - Strategic Partnerships

Job Description
Today, BrowserStack has more than 25,000 unique paying global customers which include household names like Microsoft, Amazon, Twitter, AIG, Lowe’s, CVS and Gap. Originally driven by an organic, word-of-mouth movement, in just six years our user base has grown to more than 2 million designers, developers and testers across 135 countries.
We’re looking for someone to join our team to manage our existing partners and identify new opportunities to expand and grow these relationships. Specifically, we’re looking for someone who can build and lead our relationships with senior stakeholders, handle technical conversations, and lead commercial partnership negotiations.
Responsibilities:
- Understand the relative strength of competitors within strategic partners, if any
- Identify and cultivate strategic relationships with current and potential partners
- Develop (and act on) collaboration plans for key partners, and develop product adoption and customer success plans
- Take overall responsibility for managing the strategic relationship (communications, expectations)
- Act as a liaison between internal teams at BrowserStack and strategic partners to communicate about feature requests, product roadmap, and how the alliance influences timing and direction
- Understand the relative strength of competitors within strategic partners, if any
Requirements
- At least 3-4 years of strategic partnerships/technology alliances experience out of 8 years of total experience
- You have experience in putting together creative and complex deal constructs
- You’ve shown that you can build long term (international) strategic relationships, preferably involving the DevOps, developer or testing market
- Ability to use BrowserStack
- You are thoughtful and creative, with a strong bias to action and a refusal to settle for good enough
- You can work in a fast paced, ever changing, startup environment
- You are proficient in defining and tracking success metrics
