As a Brand Manager for BrowserStack, you would be responsible for owning, planning and managing the brand strategy of BrowserStack. You would be responsible for brand awareness, reputation management, advocacy and build a team that will be the custodians of the BrowserStack brand. You will lead/build a team whose day-to-day activities include working with cross-functional teams to develop and nurture brand evangelists, PR, analyst relations and build an engaging social media presence.
- Build the brand framework for BrowserStack.
- Strategize, lead amp; execute projects required to boost our brand presence
- Define most important brand KPIs and metrics
- Take up initiatives to position our brand as the leader in the category
- Social media management: Define amp; draw out the strategy for all Social Media channels, drive community/supporter engagement through engagement/response
Requirements
- 6-9 years of overall experience in brand marketing, PR, content marketing and social media marketing at an enterprise SaaS company
- Proficient in defining and tracking success metrics
- Experience working with cross functional teams like marketing, content, design and sales.
- Experience working with external agencies for activation and PR
- Experience managing and mentoring a lean team
