The OpportunityWe are looking for an MIS executive/Business analyst to coordinate with our management. The MIS executive/Business analyst will work closely with our senior team to provide necessary data (operations, market analyses, sales etc.) from time to time. You should have the ability to conduct market analyses, analysing both product lines and the overall profitability of the business. In addition to this, you should have the ability to develop and monitor data quality metrics and ensure business data and reporting needs are met. Working knowledge of analytical tools; strong analytical and communication skills are must-have traits. In this role you will be reporting to the head of India operations.Responsibilities:

• Preparing MIS reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Coordination among the different department for sharing important information
• Ability to conduct additional research and analysis of data to gain business insights, competitor’s overall trends and customer behaviours
• Where necessary, carry out additional research based on the requirements
• Ability to work on data and generate various types of reports/ad-hoc reports
• Ability to interpret and present the information by performing various data analysis
• Candidate must have understanding of operational process, logical thinking

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge in MS Office.
• Advanced Knowledge of MS Excel and should have good knowledge on V-LOOKUP, H-LOOKUP and PIVOT-TABLES.
• Excellent Presentation Skills: Strong knowledge of PowerPoint
• Preferred working knowledge of Metabase amp; Tableau
• Strong technical skills: data processing and mining tools
• Acumen to do the primary research to gain the asked information and insight
