What we are looking for

We’re on the lookout for an exceptional Brand amp; ATL Manager who will take the lead in executing the brand campaigns globally including leveraging ATL channels, . This role demands someone who is equal parts creative wiz and project management pro.

Telling stories should be at the heart of everything you do in this role, while also being strategically focused on how each marketing campaign maps against company goals and drives impactful results for the business. This role will lead and inspire the execution of best-in-class brand campaigns, ATL led including TV, Print, Outdoor and more. You should always be thinking about how we tell stories that our audience (i.e. enterprises, small businesses, entrepreneurs) care about.

As the Brand and ATL manager, you will be responsible for increasing the brand share of voice, growing the inbound sales channels, generating qualified leads, tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all activities are in line with our brand identity and guidelines. This means you must have a strong attention to detail and are constantly measuring, analyzing and reporting on campaign performance so that the team can make decisions and optimize for future success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and shape the Builder brand image and brand communication globally in the strategic regions.
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
  • Drive strategic campaign development as well as manage tactical day-to-day campaign deliverables, using insights and customer intelligence
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
  • Analyze consumer behavior, delivered against planned ROI and adjust campaigns accordingly for the future
  • Collaborate cross functionally to ensure teams are in know of planned campaigns
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with internal stakeholders, key industry players, media houses, agencies and vendors
  • Monitor and track competition with regard to marketing activities

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in marketing, (with preferably 3+ years in B2C)
  • Bachelor's degree is a must
  • A dynamic, analytical and creative professional with proven performance success in marketing (ATL led campaigns)
  • Relevant experience determining a target audience and building awareness campaigns to capture their attention, keep them engaged and instigate action leading to conversion
  • A sense of aesthetics and a love for great visuals with clear messaging
  • Superb stakeholder management skills, adept as providing strategic communications
  • The ability to think on your feet, and to digest information quickly to determine the appropriate way forward, breaking through any jargon to deliver clear messaging.
