Requirements
What will I be doing?
Provide API consultation to customers based on their business needs
Create examples of API usage across the most common scenarios
Work with customers to help them adopt the solution delivered
Provide support and troubleshooting specific to API usage with end customers
Ensure timely communication for internal amp; external key stakeholders
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process, and market dynamics.
Maintain complete documentation and follow Organizational processes to ensure successful implementation and usage of Zenoti products.
What skills do I need?
- Deep experience in building applications that use REST APIs
- Good knowledge of Javascript, web technologies, JSON, PHP, node
- Ability to create design documentation
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Strong logical, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interact with global customers
- Ability to understand, articulate and manage customer expectations
- Ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing, start-up environment
- Understanding of good design practices and technical solution's
- User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
- Proficient understanding of session management and security principles
- A 4-year degree in engineering or equivalent, computer science is a plus
- 2-4 years of experience in developing, delivering technical solutions
