As a Testing Support Specialist based in Ahmedabad you will be at our frontline delivering ‘best in class’ customer service and support to a number of global clients. If you are keen to learn, with a technical aptitude and a background in customer support then we would love to hear from you!
Our Testing Support Team is a 24/7 operation, so the role will require shifts which will include some days/nights/weekends.

Requirements
The Candidate:
- Fluent in English both written and oral (mandatory)
- End-user experience of CRM systems would be advantageous
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and phone etiquette
- Good technical acumen
- Demonstrate the ability to follow through tasks to close
- Some programming experience would be an advantage, but not essential
- Demonstrated ability to work on multiple work streams simultaneously
- You should be organized, meticulous, a communicator, a motivator, an influencer and a strategic thinker with a can-do attitude
The Role:
- Deliver high-quality service and support to end-users
- Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services
- Gather information and determine the issue by evaluating and analysing symptoms
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Redirect issues to appropriate resources
- Accurately process test calls using internal software
- Follow up and make scheduled callbacks to customers where necessary
- Understand the integration methods of the current technology in the client environment
- Rotational shift work and weekend work
Role requirements:
- 3+ years proven customer service experience
- 3+ years proven technical support experience
- Excellent technical acumen in order to add value to customer discussions
- Willingness to learn
- Excellent track record
