We are looking for a Product Specialist to join our Product Team. As a member of the team, you get to tackle all sorts of problems and learn from being invested in the work we do and the products we bring to life. As a Product Specialist, your role will lie at the intersection of customer feedback, user experience, business strategy and engineering. You will ask the right questions and quickly learn how to anticipate problems before they escalate. When it comes to problem solving, you will learn to prioritize and balance the needs of our team, internal stakeholders, and most importantly, the end-user of the products we build.WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

- General
- Utilize data and user feedback to identify problems and suggest improvements
- Support customers on Intercom, email, phone
- Communicate and resolve product-related for internal stakeholders
- Product Discovery
- Segment the right customers for interviews
- Schedule and participate in customer interview meetings to understand their needs and pain points
- Schedule and participate in usability testing sessions with customers to assess new product designs
- Document insights from the interviews
- Brainstorm on the potential solutions with the rest of the product team
- Product Delivery
- Help to define product requirements
- Prepare user stories and tasks for the engineering team
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance team in troubleshooting bugs and quick resolution of client-facing issues
- Conducting a product review before launching the product updates
- Handle the miscellaneous tasks required before a release (data collection, data checks and validations)
- Support marketing team with related materials about product updates
- Minimum 1-year experience in a start-up or corporate environment
- Possess critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- A team player who enjoys collaborating with others
- Analytical and data driven
- Great communicator with the willingness to help others
