Job Description

The CRM Administrator is responsible for translating sales business processes and requirements into CRM features and is responsible for owning this process from requirement gathering, solutioning, overseeing implementation and enablement with relevant teams. S/He will play the role of liaising between the sales, sales operations and various technical teams, i.e. developers, engineering, product, quality assurance etc.

The incumbent would also be responsible for administering, configuring, customizing, and maintaining BrowserStack’s instance of Salesforce, implementing best practice recommendations and keeping abreast of changes in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Effectively leverage Salesforce to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace
  • Liaise with business and technical stakeholders to understand pain points and suggest systems driven solutions to the issues highlighted
  • Draft technical and product specifications to be used by the development team to implement features envisioned
  • Oversee enablement to the sales team for the new features developed and draft relevant documentation to maintain a best in class knowledge repository
  • Day-to-day management of BrowserStack’s Salesforce.com instance, including maintaining users, user roles, security, profiles, and user hierarchy in support of Salesforce functionality; Creating and maintaining reports, dashboards and list views for team members
  • Understanding Salesforce capabilities and constraints; interacting with internal amp; external stakeholders at all levels to drive a high degree of adoption on the features and functionality
  • Lead CRM initiatives with respect data cleansing, optimisation of objects amp; related fields, process improvement etc.
  • Creating (design, document, build) and managing (test, deploy) custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, Process Builder, approval processes, and other enhancements to salesforce.com

Requirements

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (401 preferred) amp; a strong understanding of the declarative aspects of Salesforce
  • 5+ years of experience delivering enterprise software solutions using Salesforce.com in a SaaS based environment
  • Solid understanding amp; knowledge of SFDC processes including configuration, data and governance amp; can articulate those to sales users and internal teams
  • Project management amp; delivery experience specifically in a Salesforce environment
  • Self-Starter who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision
  • Previous experience in a SaaS product focused company
