Your Job PurposeAs a Strategy Manager, you will be the lead of the entire pre-sales process and go-to-market strategy, working with sales managers (account executives) to respond to all RFPs amp; RFIs in an effective and timely manner. You will be the lead idea generator and POC for all top-level pitches and will orchestrate the entire process from start to finish. You will collaborate with various internal teams, including Ad Ops, Creative Services, Account Management, to deliver innovative proposals to some of the top brands and agencies across APAC.Your Tools

Your RoleWork with sales managers to respond to all RFPs by creating effective and innovative media plans/proposals that meet client objectives, and coordinate the on-time delivery.Create effective pitches/proposals that meet client objectives, and communicate the AdColony offerings and capabilitiesMaster the internal tools and dashboards to be on top of all products and capabilities of the companyParticipate in the brainstorming of ideas for client RFPs, and coordinate communication between the sales managers, inventory management, sales marketing, and creative services to help determine feasibility.Work with the Ad Ops team to understand inventory avails, pricing and spends across markets to use in business reviewsWork with the Creative Services team to come up with innovative, interactive rich media End Card ideas.Compile mobile video audience and advertising research to support proposals, which emphasize the value of AdColony’s media offerings in relation to campaign objectives and strategies.Manage the cataloguing of all proposals and manage sales exec and management access.Input and track all current proposals/opportunities in the SalesForce CRM system and manage the company’s forecast reports as needed.Your Experience and CompetenciesYou have at least three years of experience as a digital sales or media planner at a digital media company, publisher, or agency.You possess a good understanding of technologies and technical aspects used in digital/mobile advertising and reporting, various targeting methodologies, as well as site- and third-party serving
