Your Job PurposeThe Client Services Manager is responsible for the successful onboarding of new advertiser partners and management of key accounts, collaborating on proposals to brand marketers, troubleshooting technical issues, assisting in proposal development. The individual will work cross-functionally with other departments internally to provide a high service level to our clients.Your Superpowers
· An insatiable drive to always DELIVER WOW for our clients!· The Ability to DREAM CRAZY, be at the forefront and go beyond what's currently possible!· A ONE TEAM attitude, knowing that working as a team is the fastest way to success!Your Role· Managing and developing new client relationships within the full lifecycle of the account onboarding, ongoing account management, technical troubleshooting, reporting, etc.· Work closely with the Strategy, Client Services, and Tech teams to help drive the overall goals of the clients’ campaigns.· Manage day-to-day contact with top-tier clients to deliver value to the accounts through revenue lift, brand control, and escalation management.· Optimize, track and analyze the daily performance of campaigns.· Demonstrate your knowledge for the mobile industry and apply that expertise to building deeper client relationships.Your Experience and Competencies· Three to five years of digital account management experience within the mobile industry· Strong analytic and mathematic skills· Excellent communicator (written and spoken)· Team player, high-energy, driven, revenue-focused work style· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, product launch environment· Good ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities· Savvy in handling multiple stakeholders and clients
