As our Senior Marketing Executive- Retention, you will be part of our incredibly talented Marketing team and manage marketing campaigns from set-up to completion and reduce churn rate by improving cash players’ engagement.

Requirements
- Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads.
- Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities and their effectiveness and business impact.
- Proactively explore data to find trends, discover KPIs, and apply proper hypothesis testing.
- Manage and monitor campaigns to optimise performance on the basis of best marketing practices.
- Make recommendations that enhance future campaigns’ performance and measurements.
- Develop robust KPIs and scorecards for marketing performance monitoring.
- Present analysis and findings to a variety of audiences.
- Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimise the Marketing team’s performance.
- Manage banners and bonus configurations on our sites.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 year’s experience in digital marketing.
- Strong communication skills and great work ethics.
- Ability to multitask and handle stakeholder expectations.
- Must have knowledge of WebEngage, Clevertap or any other automation tool.
