The incumbent would be responsible for leading the transformation program for Procurement function across all regions / all categories.
Key Individual Accountabilities
- Lead the Procurement Transformation across all relevant aspects (processes, systems, people), all workstreams, categories and regions; take full ownership for delivery against targets.
- Ensure appropriate change management approach/support.
- Lead Procurement involvement for potential Mamp;A activities, from synergy-sizing in due diligence phase to post-merger integration.
- Lead development amp; execution of a Procurement sustainability vision/strategy and action plan.
- Centralize reporting for the Procurement community on financials, KPIs, etc (with support of sourcing analyst).
- Steer and optimally leverage external consultants where relevant in the process.
- Be closely involved in the content of the transformation work, i.e. brainstorming and developing levers to reduce cost, leading cross-functional workshops, etc. Where relevant participate directly in supplier meetings and negotiations.
- Ensure adequate and sustainable capability building of teams and individuals involved.
- Engage with suppliers/outside world and bring new insights, innovations, opportunities to Centrient.
- Procurement transformation program amp; execution.
- Procurement sustainability vision amp; roadmap.

Requirements
- Atleast 8 years of overall experience.
- At least 3 years consulting experience is a must-have
- At least 5 years Procurement experience is also a must-have.
