We are seeking a new Project Manager - MEP in Bangalore to manage Office interior fit-out projects for our client - a leader in design and technology with a team of 2000+ members pan India.
Role
The MEP Project Manager will be responsible for implementing an effective project management framework for the MEP scope for office interior fit-out projects.
Specific responsibilities
- You will support in defining and implementing criteria for control and management of the MEP scope of project at site.
- Carry out quality audit of MEP works at site.
- You will manage project budget including risk allowance. monitor and control changes/variations,
- Testing and commissioning works of MEP equipment in accordance with technical specification, engineering standards and codes of practice, controlling / directing quality standard of MEP execution.
- You will coordinate and foster teamwork between all project stakeholders.
- You will be responsible for supporting in negotiation and coordination with vendors and business partners through the completion of the projects.
Requirements to succeed
- MEP Project manager with minimum 6 years of experience.
- Strong in corporate/ workplace interior fit-out projects.
- Process oriented and excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well under pressure and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- BE Civil/ Architecture or Bachelor's Degree in other relevant fields of study.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
