About the Role
As field marketing manager for BrowserStack, you would be responsible for owning, planning and managing the field and events strategy for BrowserStack. You would be responsible for strategic planning and end-to-end execution of BrowserStack’s events while maintaining the highest quality possible. You will lead/build a team whose day-to-day activities include working with cross-functional teams to plan and execute hybrid events, developer conferences and webinars and put in place the right metrics and dashboards to measure success.
- Own strategic development, budgeting, planning and end-to-end execution of field marketing plans comprising of both physical and virtual events at scale.
- Drive the GTM strategy for hybrid events while constantly optimizing the funnel
- Work with cross-functional teams of product marketers, copywriters and designers to develop messaging and design for field marketing
- Work closely with sales and revenue marketing teams to align on goals and deliver on agreed upon goals
Requirements
- 5- 8 years of overall experience in field marketing or product marketing at an enterprise SaaS company
- Experience in planning and executing hybrid events at scale
- Proficient in defining and tracking success metrics
- Experience working with cross functional teams like marketing, content, design and sales.
- Experience working with external agencies for activation
- Experience managing and mentoring a lean team
