Key Responsibilities
Develop strong relationships with clients and gaining good knowledge of the client’s businesses, economic drivers, market and sector requirements in order to ensure advice is relevant and commercial
Due diligence, research and negotiations with clients
You will work as part of a team and provide guidance to more junior staff
Advising clients accordingly on public and private Mamp;A, private equity
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years’ experience with Mergers and Acquisitions
LLB Degree
Admitted Attorney/ Advocate
