- Establish project management capabilities within the PMO
- Create a Project Workbook
- Set up project management environment
- Develop and execute the PO management plan
- Develop project management policies, procedures and guidelines
- Develop project plan and WBS
- Determine project scope
- Develop responsibility/assignment matrix (WBS/project organization)
- Develop master plan and schedule
- Establish plan baseline
- Lead project risk management
- Develop plan management instruction guidelines
- Develop project quick reference guide
- Develop and lead project control processes
- Determine PPMS requirements and procedures
- Produce management reports
- Maintain project plan
- Monitor project plan and analyze variances
- Perform impact analysis of project plan
- Lead ongoing project plan reviews
- Act as management liaison
- Develop and deliver necessary project management related training
- Establish, deploy and manage time tracking procedures and analysis
- Establish, deploy and manage change control procedures and tracking
- Establish, deploy and manage data management control procedures and tracking
- Establish, deploy and manage configuration management control procedures and tracking
- Establish, deploy and manage issue management procedures and tracking
- Establish, deploy and manage risk management procedures and tracking
- Establish, deploy and manage quality assurance procedures
- Establish, deploy and manage sub-contractor management procedures
- Assist in contract negotiation and contract updates
- Liaise with Finance and Legal Services
- Review monthly Pamp;L and update as appropriate
- Prepare integrated reports required by the Transition Project Management Team and Transition Steering Committee
Required Qualifications
- Possessing 5+yrs Project Management Office experience
- Expertise in project management methodology including Agile amp; Waterfall
- Very strong customer focus and relationship skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project or similar suite of tools
