Job Description:
- Dynamic Individual having experience in handling team amp; clients. To prospect and retain clients.
- To understand student and parent needs amp; requirements and accordingly position products amp; services.
- To recommend strategies students can use to achieve their career objectives, including specific recommendations in areas such as time management and study planning.
- To contact parents periodically and determine if they are satisfied with the service and returns generated.
- To handle customer complaints and coordinate with support team to resolve complaints
- Handling team, Closing sales orders, Building strong team, Achieving targets amp; Good with analytics.
- Need creation and engagement over the call.
- Must be able to drive the team and get extractions from the team members.
