ABOUT THE ROLE
Toppr is looking for a motivated and hardworking Associate in its Customer Support team. As a customer support associate, you’ll be responsible for customer happiness and will respond to customers’ queries via different channels (calls, emails and chats). You’ll coordinate cross-functionally to resolve customer grievances and special requests. You’ll ensure you’re there with the customer every step of the way.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Under-graduates/Graduates/ PGDM or B.Tech/BE from recognized institutes. B.Com or equivalent graduates from reputed colleges can also apply.
- 0 - 5 years of cross platform customer service or retention experience is preferable.
- Work experience in a customer service role at a start-up is a big plus.
