• Understand project client current systems, enhancement goals and define upgrades to business processes
• Engage stakeholders, facilitate workshops, conduct client interviews to understand problem areas, define business goals and elicit business requirements
• Define and document business requirements, non-functional requirements, functional requirements via user stories, wireframes and process flows/ modelling
• Ensure that project team has clear understanding of functional requirements and business expectations
• Ensure reporting associate BAs are trained, engaged and adhere to best practices of business requirements elicitation, documentation and reporting.
• Prioritize requirements collaboratively with business stakeholders, CRUX and technology disciplines
• Develops an integrated view of the solution requirements across operational systems Microsoft Dynamics (CRM, PSA), HRMS, Recruitment and other enterprise systems
• Aware of best use of collaboration tools like confluence, JIRA.
• Create product documentation and training material including user manual and socialize and drive user trainings.
• Work with QA to develop testing strategy, test plan, identify test cases and
participate in UAT
• Collaborate with Creative team and ensure that User Experience and Visual Design align with Functional Requirements.
