To assist the Accounts Manager in maintaining the US and India accounts from offshore
- Required experience of 3-5 years (One year with US accounting desirable).
- Transaction processing.
- Timely and accurate invoicing to Clients and Vendors as per the contracts/agreements.
- Manage Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables, ageing analysis of Accounts Receivables.
- Manage cash application making sure all cash receipts are applied properly.
- Preparing US payroll based on the timesheets received from consultants and submitting it for processing.
- Generate and maintain financial reports.
- Tax filings with respective agencies(State amp; Federal).
- Reconciliation of Bank accounts.
- Hands on GST filing.
- Should be flexible in working hours.
US Accounting
- Experience on Bank reconciliation Statement ( BRS )
- Experience working on any Accounting Software.
- Work Experience/ understanding on Timesheets Management,
- Exposure to Quickbooks
- Exposure to Financial analysis
- Basic understanding of US amp; India employee taxes.

Educational Background : B.Com or M.Com or MBA-Finance.
