Job Title: IT Recruiter

Requirements

• Ability to understand and capture job specific requirements.
• Has experience working with internal teams, clients amp; implementation partners.
• Able to handle the requirements independently.
• Sourcing qualified candidates for available positions by screening, Interviewing and assign technical tests.
• For client-specific jobs, help prepare resumes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders (internal teams, clients, partners) amp; candidates before and after interview.
• Maintain proper documentation at all times
• Continue to build a database of candidates/consultants and keep them active.
• Build and maintain relationships with a database of vendors/suppliers based on specific/ niche skills sets to generate new leads, get new vendors and new requirements.
• Experience with major job portals like Dice, Monster, Indeed etc and Linkedin.
• Experience with posting the jobs, searching for suitable candidates/consultants, post ads and requirements regularly.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking System amp; strong PC proficiency (G- Suite)
• Knowledge of employment types - Full-time, C2C, W2, 1099 etc.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to run the process smoothly

Qualification:

• 3 - 5 years of technical recruiting experience in an agency setting
• Excellent communication skills, strong networking and social skills
• Good understanding of technology and IT roles
• Highly skilled in negotiation and telephone sales.
