Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-drive Procurement Analyst to add to our growing team in our office in Hyderabad, India.

As an Procurement Analyst (Cost and Pricing) your primary focus to Provides data control amp; analyses and recommend changes to improve the productivity. Identify commercial opportunities and efficiencies. Support the procurement function with document controls and administrative support.

Your key responsibilities will include:


  • Manage the Procurement Master Data, containing information on but not limited to, products, supplier information, supply contracts, etc., ensuring accurate and updated data are kept and organized as per departmental standards.
  • Monitor various movement in the product prices in order to highlight savings, extra cost and the drivers of the same.
  • Analyses purchase orders, identify discrepancies, especially on price/ quantity variances and ensure proper documentation (invoicing, revision of PO’s) and follow through are done in order to eliminate losses due to such discrepancies.
  • Develop and carry out presentation on the analysis done using spreadsheets to the procurement and/or management team
  • Maintain and organize procurement documentation in the central database to ensure compliance with internal processes and ease of auditing. Provide support with procurement-related ad hoc projects as may be required.
  • Lead in preparing cost comparison/ analysis in cases where price change by the supplier happens after the PO has been raised and providing the purchaser with recommended course of action.
  • Monitor, update, and maintain the Order Fulfilment Tracker based on the system-generated Fill-Rate report.
  • Prepare and maintain regular reporting on monthly spend analysis, other periodic reports as may be specified to assist in procurement decision-making and planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or related field
  • Master’s Degree desirable.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Procurement Analyst preferably in an FMCG company
  • Experience with data software for analysis and data gathering
  • Project management and data analysis skills
  • Written and verbal communication skills
