Roleo Research and create a database of target customers.o Generate leads sourcing through various media.o Follow up on cold and warm prospects to further the sales process.o Sell Cprime's staffing/contingent workforce services. o Set and meet sales goals and objectives.o Track and increase sales success rates
Requirementso 4+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development.o Core experience in selling staffing/VMS services to US markets. o Expertise in handling end to end sales cycle. o Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.o Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.o Readiness to work in US time zones. o Strong listening and communication skills.
