Job Summary: Provisioning Specialist (Automotive)Description:

Automative Segment is one of the fast growing customer base for Reputation. There are many different packages and features specific to our Automotive clients. Because of these complexities, we need someone who can assist with the provisioning for our Automotive clients, while accounting for the evolving procedures of our growing customer base.

The Provisioning Specialist (Automotive) is responsible for processing new Automotive opportunities, and the setup and maintenance of their accounts in the Reputation platform. They are also responsible for the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of integrations between our platform and the customer’s Dealer Management System (DMS). They will work closely with both the Onboarding and Integrations teams to ensure a timely and successful setup of client accounts. They will also be responsible for updating and maintaining documentation regarding our clients specific Provisioning needs. They may also be asked to assist with Provisioning in other segments if the need arises.


Qualifications:

-2+ years experience providing technical support or onboarding services for SaaS-based software solutions with experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting using common browser diagnostic and development tools

-Proven ability to think analytically and methodically with high attention to detail

-Intermediate Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets user

-SalesForce platform experience

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts/explanations to non-technical users clearly and effectively

-Excellent time management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment

-Basic understanding of data management, relational databases, and software integrations -Great interest in software and computer technology, with the desire to learn more

Desired Qualifications:
-Resourcefulness

-Comfortable in direct customer engagement -Basic SQL knowledge

-Basic programming knowledge of any language. (You should understand what a program does after looking at it for a few minutes, but you do not need to write code.)
