Human Resource Director:
Reputation is looking for aDirector of Human Resources to lead people experience for the team in Hyderabad. This is a unique opportunity to build, foster and grow a world class culture and team at one of the fastest growing companies in the Enterprise Software space.

The leader will help progress the company through its next stage of growth.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR team to build a world-class culture
- Lead and coach a small team of direct reports
- Manage and develop HR strategies and processes that support the operational excellence and foster a people first, performance based culture
- Support all HR areas as the loca business partner, including; compensation, health, welfare amp; benefits, training amp; development, records management, safety, succession planning, and employee relations amp; retention

- Lead performance management process, reviews and general PEX surveys
- Oversee local benefits, with an emphasis on compliance, customer service, efficiency improvement, and cost containment
- Drive consistency, best practices, and communication cross functionally
- Partner with talent acquisition team to execute strategies for efficient talent acquisition
- Ensures positive candidate experiences including on-boarding and 30,60,90 day check ins
Requirements:
- 12+ years HR experience with at least 2 years working in an HR Director capacity
- Strong problem solving and employee relations skills
- Ability to dive deep, attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to work in a collaborative work environment
- International HR experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus, but not required
