Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Implementation Engineer who can contribute to the Implementation team which falls under Data Platforms amp; Infrastructure (DPI) at Nabler. DPI team is adept at various tag management solutions (TMS) and implement analytics tags for multiple clients thereby collecting user behavioral data. Team performs from-the-scratch implementation, re-implementation, ad-hoc implementation and implementation audits for various clients. Senior implementation engineer works towards understanding client’s requirement, deriving website/mobile app use cases, creating necessary technical specifications documents (SDRs), implement amp; validate tags, apply best practices, assist team in resolving the issues faced.
Roles amp; Responsibilities:
- Work as a lead, able to understand client’s analytics requirements, translate that into executable technical projects, design the technical architecture, implement the analytics tags, delegate part of work to the team and deliver the work
- Able to create analytics tags using Tealium, GTM (Google Tag Manager), and other tag management solutions.
- Interact with various stakeholders like clients, employees amp; management. Able to solely manage client
- Able to lead at least 2 to 3 implementation engineers amp; work on 3 to 4 small scale projects parallelly
- Able to document Solution Design Reference (SDRs), technical specifications documents, tag collection guides, data layer recommendations etc.,
- Able to offer presales support and provide artefacts such as effort estimations, proposals, RFPs, case studies
- Investigate any discrepancy in the Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics reports and identify the implementation issue and fix it
- Able to employ best practices in tagging and able to validate tags
- Able to work on JavaScript, jQuery functions, HTML, CSS to capture required data from the webpage
Professional Skills amp; Experience:
- Overall experience of 3 to 5 years in which he/she should have hands-on analytics implementation(tagging) experience of at least 3 years in Tealium
- Hands-on experience on any other tag management solutions (TMS) such as GTM, Adobe Launch, Ensighten etc., is an added advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong Tag Validation and Reports Validation skills
- Should have an experience leading a small team
- Excellent understanding of Google Analytics tool
- Knowledge of Adobe Analytics tool is an added advantage
- Excellent in JavaScript, jQuery functions, HTML, CSS to capture required data from the webpage
- Angular js, AJAX experience amp; front end development is an added advantage
- Knowledge of digital marketing ecosystem (SEO, PPC, SMM, Content Marketing, Video Marketing, etc.) is an added advantage
- Mobile Analytics Implementation experience is an added advantage
Eligibility:
- Any Bachelor/Master’s engineering degree (BE/BTech/MTech or MCA)
- Candidate with experience of at least 3 years working on Tealium Tag Manager
- Candidates above 70% throughout (10th, 12th, graduation, post-graduation)
- Candidate will work from Bangalore office after work from home policy is lifted
