Job Description
Tryzens deliver e-commerce services to some of retail’s most well-known brands. We are looking to recruit an ambitious Release Analyst to rise to the challenge and deliver excellence in our defined Release Process.
The Release Analyst provides holistic reporting on Tryzens Release Process and deeply analyses trends to identify where our Release Process could be improved. The Release Analyst will then engage the Senior Stakeholders at Tryzens to drive these process improvements. The Release Analyst role is responsible for tracking all in-flight releases and reporting on adherence to
the process. If a release is deviating from the process, the Release Analyst escalates accordingly to ensure any necessary remedial action is taken to deliver a successful release. Industry-recognized training opportunities will be available and the successful applicant will also be provided with mentoring and coaching from Tryzens experienced and qualified team.

Responsibilities:
Release Co-Ordination and Analysis:
• Provide analysis and insight on adherence and success of Tryzens Release Process
• Identify and own any improvements needed to process arising from the analysis.
• Work closely with delivery stakeholders to track adherence to Tryzens Release Process.
• Escalate any deviances from the process and work with stakeholders to close open items.
• Maintain an up-to-date, accurate release calendar and release note archive for all releases.
• Champion Release Adherence and the value it brings to the organization.
Requirements
• Strong analytical skills to identify areas of improvement.
• Strong communication and personable skills in a global organisation.
• Ability to work independently and use initiative to implement new ways of working and
drive adoption.
• Good understanding of ITIL principles relating to Release Management.
Desirable:
• A passion for e-commerce and experience of working in relevant teams.
• Experience of working in release roles or teams with frequent releases to production.
• Experience of working in an office environment.
• Good knowledge of MS office products.

• Highly motivated self-starter and good relationship builder.
