Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Manager Business Development amp; Inside Sales Manager to oversee and support our Inside Sales associates team. The Inside Sales Manager will monitor sales metrics and manage the entire Inside Sales administration process. Liaise with BD/Marketing and Product Development teams to ensure brand consistency and increase sales. Demonstrate an understanding of customer's critical business issues and propose Verdantis’ solutions that help clients meet their business objectives. Formulate Account amp; Sales strategies in collaboration withthe Inside sales associates, BD Team amp; Sales Head. Achieve Weekly, Monthly amp; Quarterly target commitments as agreed with the Sales Leadership. Should also be able to lead and motivate the Inside Sales team to achieve specific goals.

Ultimately, the Inside Sales Manager should be able to build a high-performance sales team to ensure customer satisfaction all over.

Sales Management

  • Head and support sales team to maximize positive results in area of company modification and progress through proactive, ongoing and effectual communication.
  • Primarily responsible for opening-up and developing relationships with new customers.
  • Ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and qualifying business leads through a variety of sources.
  • Enhance market penetration by acquiring new client in prime target markets.
  • Establish and manage demand generation procedures and operations.
  • Develop new clients by targeted program concentrating on brand awareness, PR and demand generation.
  • Use Inbound Lead Generation tools such as Blogs, PR and Email Marketing to hunt for new business
  • Create positioning /competitive differentiation tools for Inside sales team.
  • Ensure that the team has updated knowledge of new modules amp; products.
  • Conduct entire management activities inclusive of coaching, evaluating, training, and monitoring performance.

Team Management

  • Conduct entire management activities inclusive of coaching, evaluating, training, and monitoring performance.
  • Train and coach employees to be upbeat in sales process implementation and development of new business.
  • Motivate, establish sales quotas, and provide education to target accounts as well as markets. ·
  • Ensure to distribute performance goals to attain individual as well as team goals. ·
  • Develop sales and activity reports along with interact and follow-up with sales team. ·
  • Enforce an environment of open interaction to assure affirmative employee morale and effectual conflict resolution. Stimulate creative ideas upward flow for benefit of company and its personnel. ·
  • Tracking and Reporting of team key performance indicators on a Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly basis. ·
  • Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process ·
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.

Marketing amp; Support

  • Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products ·
  • Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement ·
  • Build an open-communication environment for the team ·
  • Study efficiency of marketing channels and oversee sales-generating marketing budgets ·
  • Plan, design, co-write or co-author, publish, track and promote marketing content across various channels for Verdantis’ solutions
  • Work according to US time zone (Night Shift : 6 PM to 3AM IST)

Requirements

Qualifications, Skills, amp; Experience:

Graduate/Post Graduate with 8+ years of Inside Sales, Lead Generation experience of SAAS/Software product amp; services across North American or European or Australian geography amp; should have handled an average deal size of 100k USD.

  • Strong communication skills - communicate, present, assert and speak to all the different stakeholders involved
  • Strong software solutions amp; product demonstration experience is required
  • Proven experience working as an Inside Sales Manager.
