What’s the opportunity?
As part of the Services Operations team you would be entrusted the responsibility of collaborating with the business leaders and the project teams to track key performance metrics as we strive for effortless onboarding of our customers while enhancing the customer experience. You will be playing a pivotal role in maintain the drum beat of project cadence and focus on quality by leveraging the vast data available across multiple systems.
Requirements
What will I be doing?
- Develop and maintain new reporting capabilities which includes creation of dashboards that can help management with the operational metrics and enable the projects team to review progress and provide inputs.
- Manage extraction, data cleansing, analysis, and ongoing validation of data from various systems to keep the reports and dashboards up to date.
- Work closely with the internal teams to streamline as well as document the SOPs for the Services organization as well as ensure process compliance.
- Develop reports and presentations for the periodic organizational updates such as monthly and quarterly business reviews that enable the business leaders to make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with other teams to provide operational analysis and make recommendations to the business on process improvement areas
- Owner of systems used by the Services organization
What skills do I need?
- Bachelor’s degree with MBA from a reputed business school OR relevant work experience as an operations analyst
- 3-6 years of work experience working in services operations or business reporting
- Excellent data analysis background with hands-on experience in reporting from enterprise systems
- Good spreadsheet skills with experience in managing large datasets and API integration
- Experience with JIRA, Sql Server, Power BI, Salesforce or similar applications would be a plus
- Ability to work as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering results
- Good communication and presentation skills
