Our products are built on Windows .NET and SQL Server and managed in AWS. Our web Ux stack is built on jQuery and some areas use AngularJS. Our middle tier is in C# and we build our infrastructure on an extensive set of Restful APIs. We build native iOS and Android apps, and are starting to experiment with Flutter and Dart. For select infrastructure components we use Python extensively, and use Tableau for analytics dashboards. We use Redshift, Aurora, Redis Elasticache, Lambda, and other AWS products to build and manage our complete service, moving towards serverless components. We deal with billions of API calls, millions of records in databases, and terabytes of data to be managed with all services we build that have to run 24x7 at 99.99% availability.
What’s the Opportunity
Our Educators are at the heart of what we do, providing the essential software training and on-boarding support to new Zenoti customers. With their coaching and support, we ensure our employees are best taken care of during the important onboarding phase of their Zenoti tenure. In addition to our employees on-boarding, our Educators will also be taking care of the education needs of our existing employees.
Requirements
What will I be doing?
- Primarily own advance set of courses - create amp; update
- Support educators on Basic courses
- Coordinate with SMEs across departments to stay upto date on their courses
- Help new hires with any queries
- Conduct demos for new hires and signoff handovers
- Own the release cycle : Follow Jiras and keep track of release items, publish assessments etc
- Research and share latest Learning amp; Pedagogy methods
What skills do I need?
- 1-3 years of training experience
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
- Ability to explain complex ideas in simple ways
- Quick learner with strong logical, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interact, understand, articulate and manage employee expectations.
- Strong documentation skills - should be comfortable using MS Office
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams to get things done
- Good understanding of different pedagogy and learning methods
- Ability to create effective training materials utilizing a variety of media
