About the Role

The Deal Desk Associate will play a pivotal role within the Sales Operations team at BrowserStack. The individual will be responsible for supporting the booking process and reviewing orders. In this role, your key responsibilities would be to review quotes for accuracy and partner with the Direct Sales team to ensure invoices are sent to customers in a timely manner.

The role holder will be catering to both, USA team. Thus, working hours are US shift (9 pm - 6 am IST)


Job Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage approval of contracts as requested by the Direct Sales team
  • Support the Direct Sales team in the deal-booking process for complex transactions and assist account executives in booking deals as the need may arise
  • Audit the documentation going to end customers as part of the quoting process
  • Ensure SFDC data integrity on deals quoted
  • Create periodic reports on overdue invoices and accounts receivable
  • Liaise with the collections team, and customers (if the need arises) to ensure timely collections of payments

Requirements

  • Excellent command over written amp; spoken English and comfort in communicating with customers
  • Working in night shift catering to US teams
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a support role preferably catering to global teams or customers
  • Elementary knowledge of MS Office and comfort with numbers
  • Experience with CRM tools such as SalesForce will be a huge advantage
  • Ability to quickly build a rapport with cross-functional teams amp; resolve issues
  • Prior exposure to Deals Desk/sales support environment would be a plus
  • Experience part of a SaaS company will be preferred
