Role Overview
The Team Lead (Commercial Advisory and Transaction) be responsible for Office Space solutions to major Corporate clients.
Specific responsibilities
- Business Development to secure high quality clients
- Account Management of Major Corporate MNC Clients, delivering end-to-end solutions
- Maintaining close relationships with Landlords and Developers to be constantly updated with market info
- Interacting extensively with Government Agencies with regard to leasing out Government lands and commercial properties..
- Achieving personal yearly targets.
- Oversee and implement technology as a tool for database management.
Key Requirements to succeed
- A senior Real Estate professional with 5 years of experience in the commercial office leasing sector
- Relevant experience in both Tenant and Landlord Representation verticals as well as skilled in sourcing and generating local business from the Hyderabad market.
- Very good Knowledge on the Hyderabad real estate market
