Role Overview
The City Lead (Commercial Advisory and Transaction) be responsible for complete Office Space solutions to major Corporate clients. A city lead would be managing all the team leads and brokers for the region amp; drive revenue and profitability.
Specific responsibilities
- Key Account Management of Major Corporate MNC Clients, delivering end-to-end solutions
- Aggressive Business Development to secure high quality clients
- Maintaining close relationships with Landlords and Developers to be constantly updated with market info
- Generating referrals for other verticals through strong relationships
- Data Analysis, Quality checks and Client Portfolio understanding Essential to understanding Reporting Requirements
- Complete Client Business Analysis to make specific pitches for consolidation, expansion, re-location based on client’s business plan
- Interacting extensively with Government Agencies with regard to leasing out Government lands and commercial properties..
- Handle a team to drive revenue and profitability.
- Determining and developing yearly targets and implementation of processes to achieving these targets.
- Oversee and implement technology as a tool for database management.
- Mentor, supervise and develop the team.
Key Requirements to succeed
- A Senior Real Estate professional with 8+ years of experience in the commercial office leasing sector
- Extensive experience in both Tenant and Landlord Representation verticals as well as skilled in sourcing and generating local business from the Hyderabad market.
- Very good Knowledge on the Hyderabad real estate market
