The Test Prep business teams work on identifying and onboarding seasoned educators from across the country and generating revenue streams for the company. The Business team as of today undertakes acquisition, operations and growth for 14 odd test-prep goals or categories that students across the country are trying to crack. This role as part of the Test-Prep team, will take up teh following responsibilities.

1. Understand and articulate the gaps in the product to internal partners.
2. Reach out to 30-40 learners every day.
3. Collect and analyse call data and share insights with the team.
4. Work across various projects with the team.
5. Define requirements and support roadmap prioritization for all matters requiring prioritization.
6. Co-ordinate for sample requests and approvals.
7. Maintain relationships with Customers.

Requirements

Must be fluent in English and Hindi

Bachelors Degree

Prior Experience in Customer Support

Must have experience with Customer interaction.

Prior Ed-Tech experience is an added advantage.
